Whether a Stallings microwave is worth attending at all
Stallings holds the tightest housing cohort in the whole study area, with 62.6% of it built between 1990 and 2009 and a median year of 2002. The consequence for appliances is precise: every original builder-fitted appliance in this town has been through at least one replacement cycle, and frequently two on the shorter-lived items. One safety point that is not a formality. The high-voltage capacitor in a microwave stores a lethal charge and holds it after the appliance is unplugged. It has to be discharged through a resistor before anything inside is touched. There are plenty of appliance jobs worth attempting yourself. This is not one of them.

Getting an appliance in and out
Easy, in the same way Indian Trail is easy: level approaches, wide drives, modern door widths and garages that will take an appliance without argument. Stallings was built late enough that nothing about the physical building presents a problem, and appliance replacement here is genuinely a matter of what fits the aperture rather than what fits through the house. Upstairs laundry rooms are the only recurring complication and only for the largest machines.
